Patient navigation skills are becoming increasingly more sought after across many of thefastest growing and most in-demand occupations in healthcare. Prerequisite: You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Ideally, you should be either working in patient care (as an Home Health Aide, Medical Assistant, LVN or in a similar occupation) or have completed training related to these careers.
