Chakras! What exactly is this health science from India? In this workshop, you will learn all about the seven major chakras and what parts of the body/mind/emotions they govern; more importantly, you will learn different and easy ways to balance them. In addition, you will do a chakra mantra meditation and a guided chakra meditation at the end of class. Please bring: colored pencils and a yoga mat or towel as very simple yoga poses can also help restore chakra balance. Workshop includes a set of chakra info/drawings for each participant.
