Kombucha, the beverage the ancient Chinese called the “immortal health elixir” has a rich history of providing health benefits to those who drink it.  This workshop is a combination tasting class and making class!  Enjoy tastings of Black Coffee LA’s seasonal Kombucha—on-draft elixirs of delight, at their brew-house and tap-house in San Pedro.  Plus, you’ll learn how to make your own Kombucha at home.   Participants will receive their own SCOBY starter liquid and a handout with Kombucha brewing instructions to take home.
